SVP of Corporate Finance and Treasurer Price Karr to Lead Expanded IR Function
Lauren Seiler to Join as Vice President of Investor Relations
LAS VEGAS, December 11, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ: WYNN) (“Wynn Resorts” or the “Company”) today announced additions to its investor relations team, deepening the Company’s focus on this important function.
Price Karr is assuming the position of Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, leading Wynn Resorts’ investor relations team, in addition to his current roles as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer. With deep experience in the real estate, gaming and lodging sectors, Mr. Karr began his career at Wynn Resorts in 2008 and developed strong familiarity across the business for several years, after which he spent nearly a decade on Wall Street, including advising on transactions for Wynn Resorts and its peers in the U.S. and Asia.
Lauren Seiler is joining Wynn Resorts as Vice President of Investor Relations, reporting to Mr. Karr. Ms. Seiler brings extensive experience in the global casino gaming industry and robust relationships with the sell-side and buy-side communities. In addition to her previous investor relations roles, she has a broad background in business development, strategic planning, capital allocation and M&A, and a track record of driving growth in gaming companies, including through expansion to new regional and international markets.
They will oversee all aspects of Wynn Resorts’ investor relations strategy, working closely with the investment community as the Company continues to execute its key growth initiatives to create long-term shareholder value.

Mr. Karr has served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer since March 2023, where he oversees the Company’s corporate finance, capital markets and treasury functions. Before rejoining Wynn Resorts, he worked at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Vice President on the Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging investment banking team, advising key industry players on a variety of transactions both in the U.S. and Asia. He previously worked on the Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure and Lodging team at Deutsche Bank, after starting his career at Wynn Resorts, where he gained experience in finance, revenue management, and hotel sales and marketing.
Mr. Karr has a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Wynn Resorts, Ms. Seiler was Founder & CEO of Global Gaming Advisors, a consulting firm focused on the global gaming, lodging and leisure industries. Previously, she led Investor Relations and Corporate Development for Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI), an online casino and sports betting platform, which she helped enter new domestic and international markets. Prior to that, she led Global Corporate Development, Strategy and Investor Relations for Four Wood Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity fund. She previously built out the Gaming and Lodging verticals for several boutique equity research organizations including Buckingham Research Group, Union Gaming and Telsey Advisory Group. Ms. Seiler holds a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University and an MBA with Concentration in Casino and Hospitality Management from Louisiana State University.
